Queensland’s newest boutique strata law practice, is seeking a Senior Strata/Property Lawyer.

Only candidates with 5+ years post admission experience will be considered for the role.

You will report directly to Michael Kleinschmidt, the firm’s Legal Practitioner Director, but you will also enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

Our firm’s expanding client base includes strata property developers, bodies corporate and an ASX listed company.

Stratum Legal Pty Ltd delivers strategic solutions in strata law, particularly within the broad practice areas of management rights, body corporate and property development.

Our firm’s offices are at sunny Mooloolaba – the perfect place for your own ‘sea change’. We offer a flexible family friendly environment in recognition that our firm’s greatest assets are its employees.

Aside from your 5 years post admission experience, you will need to be both pragmatic and reliable.
